Monkey Bread

A friend of mine gave me this recipe. It’s an easy one to make, especially on busy mornings around the holidays. It pulls apart into miniature sticky buns that are finger-licking good! This is a great choice for potlucks or other large gatherings.
MONKEY BREAD
4 cans of biscuits (10 biscuits each can; I use Pillsbury country biscuits)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
Cut each biscuit into quarters. Mix the biscuits, white sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl until all the biscuits are coated. Pour into angel food cake pan. In a saucepan, mix the brown sugar and butter. Melt until mixture is boiling. Pour this mixture over the biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from pan immediately after taking from oven and serve warm.
