Cranberry Salad

This was always a favorite at my Aunt Eva’s house around the holidays.
CRANBERRY SALAD
2 cups cranberries
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 packages raspberry Jello
3 cups water
1 or 2 cups diced celery
1 or 2 cups grapes
1/2 cup nuts
In a saucepan, cook berries in 2 cups water for 5 minutes. Add sugar and cook 6 minutes longer. In a bowl, mix jello and 1 cup hot water to dissolve, then add 2 cups cold water. Pour into 13x9 pan. Let jello begin to set. Add berries, celery, grapes and nuts. Then allow to set completely.
