Corn Chowder

I like this recipe because it’s easy to double or triple for a big crowd at Christmas time.
CORN CHOWDER
1 can Campbell’s cream of potato soup
1 can Campbell’s golden corn soup
3 strips bacon, crisp and crumbled
3/4 cup diced onions, sauteed in bacon fat
1 1/2 soup cans full of milk, add more if too thick
8 oz. can sliced carrots
Mix all ingredients. Heat until hot, stirring frequently. Lightly simmer for 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serves 4.
