Community Winds set season of performances
Grove City Community Winds has started its 2012/13 season. The ensemble is under the direction of James Swearingen. The upcoming performance schedule for the season is:
•7 p.m., Nov. 8 - Shared concert with Hilliard Heritage Symphonic Band at Hilliard Heritage Middle School
•7 p.m., Nov. 15 - Educational Foundation Concert at Central Crossing High School
•11 a.m., Dec. 1 - Christmas concert at Grove City High School
•7 p.m., Feb. 11 - Shared concert with Hilliard Weaver Symphonic Band at Hilliard Weaver Middle School
•4 p.m., April 21 - Shared concert with Clintonville Community Band at Columbus North High School
•7:30 p.m., May 6 - Shared concert with New Albany Community Concert Band at the McCoy Community Center for the Arts
•7 p.m., May 24 - Salute to America’s Finest at Pinnacle Golf Club
