Musicians take the park by storm

Residents looking for a relaxing summer evening activity won’t want to miss Pickerington’s Summer Concert Series.
The season, which got under way June 10, continues most Sunday evenings through August from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Sycamore Park Amphitheater, located off Hereford Drive in Pickerington.
The full schedule for the rest of the 2012 Giant Eagle Summer Concert Series is:
July 1: Red Hot Rhythm Review
July 15: Bon Journey
July 22: Mojo Flo
July 29: Chris Logsdon
Aug. 5: Woody Pines
Aug. 12: Paradise Island
On Wednesday, July 4 the concert series moves to Victory Park for a holiday extravaganza featuring Parrots of the Caribbean and Blues Review, a Jimmy Buffet tribute band and an eclectic collection of Blues Brothers music from the 1970s.
