Participants needed for annual garden tour
The Keep Grove City Beautiful Advisory Board is seeking homeowners who are enthusiastic gardeners with creative gardens to participate in the annual Jo Bostic Memorial Garden Tour from 3 to 7 p.m. July 7.
The tour features an assortment of gardens in Grove City and Jackson Township. The summer Garden Tour was founded on two philosophies: the beauty of gardening should be shared, and proceeds from such an event should be given back to the community. This year the group will collect food for the Grove City Food Pantry and Grove City Pet Pantry.
If you have questions or are interested in featuring your private garden on the tour, contact Linda Rosine, environmental coordinator, at 277-3058 by April 27.
