Friends of the Hilltop (FOTH) members Rachel Upton, Gary Baker, Jack Palmer and other volunteers paint over a garage recently vandalized by graffiti. Rebecca Hunley, coordinator of Franklinton Cleanup, donated paint for this project. FOTH uses paint supplies, chemicals and a power washer to fight graffiti throughout the Greater Hilltop Area as part of its T.A.G. program (Together Against Graffiti).
