Package contained white powder and letter
On June 14, the Columbus Division of Fire responded to an unknown package delivered to a business on Crosswind Drive.
According to Battalion Chief Michael Fowler, their Hazmat 1 team responded around 1 p.m. and the investigation was later contained to Hazmat 4 personnel.
Hazmat reported the package had already been opened upon their arrival and contained white powder and a threatening letter.
A sample of the powder is undergoing testing and results are pending.
According to Fowler, no persons were injured or hospitalized.
FBI are now investigating this case.
